Golda Sharp, 104, of Portland, passed away Saturday, September 13, 2003.  She
was born on August 7, 1899 in Elkhart Co. Indiana the daughter of Milton and
Maggie Weyrick.  Mrs. Sharp enjoyed knitting, crocheting and crafts.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Vern H. in 1964.  Surviving are her
sons, Clifford (Monna) Sharp of Portland and Gene (Gloria) Sharp of Donna,
Texas; daughter, Irene Brickley of Portland; many grandchildren,
great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted by Pastor Mark Ralph, Sunfield United
Brethren Church, at 1 p.m. today at the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Home, 210 E.
Bridge St., Portland.  The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until
service time today.  Interment will be in Gresham Cemetery.
