Robert L. Shattuck, 61, of Portland died April 29, 1995 

Mr. Shattuck was born in Portland April 6, 1934, the son of Morris and Clara 
(Emelander) Shattuck. He was a veteran of the United States Army and owner of a 
machine shop and body shop.

Survivors include his wife, Genet Marie; three daughters, Brenda (Frank) Fandel 
of Portland, Cynthia Coats of Union City, and Diana (Craig) Vandersteen of 
Grand Ledge; son, Robert M. Shattuck of Portland; four grandchildren; five 
brothers, Donald (Doris) Shattuck of Portland, Allen (Belva) Shattuck of North 
Platte, Neb., William (Germaine) Shattuck of Portland, Vernon (Leota) Shattuck 
of Portland, and Wayne Shattuck of Homer.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one grandson, Justin.

Rosary was recited May 2. Mass of the Christian Burial was celebrated May 3 at 
St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, with Rev. Larry King officiating. Interment 
followed at Portland Cemetery.
