Sentinel-Standard - thursday, Jan. 11, 1923

The funeral for Russell Eugene Shattuck was held from the residence of his parents,
Mr. 
and Mrs. Oren Shattuck, 609 Bayard street, at 2:00 o'clock Wednesday afternoon. The

music was furnished by Mrs. Eugene Smith. The bearers were William Shattuck, Orin 
Shattuck, John Shattuck, and Frank Shattuck. Those from away for the funeral were
Mr. 
and Mrs. William Miller, of Battle Creek, and Mr. and Mrs. James Surine, of Battle 
Creek. The floral offerings were many and beautiful. Burial took place in Highland
Park 
cemetery.
