ROBERT O. SHAW
Lake Odessa - Robert O. Shaw, 55, of Lake Odessa died Monday at Community hospital
in Eaton Rapids.

He was born in Lake Odessa March 16, 1922, the son of Ralph and Naoma Cooley Shaw.

A Veteran of World War II, he was employed by C & O. railroad until retiring in
1965, Mr. Shaw was a life member of the Jackson-Mutschler Veterans of foreign Wars (VFW) post
#4461.

Survivors include one daughter Sandy Shaw of lake Odessa; three brothers, Ray of 
Portland, George of Charlotte and Ralph of Eaton Rapids; two sisters, Mrs. Joyce
Ackley of lake Odessa and Mrs. Lula Pallas of Lakewood, California and several nieces and
nephews.

Service are Wednesday at 1:30 pm at the Pickens-Koops funeral chapel under the
auspices of the Jackson-Mutschler VFW post with Chaplain Nelson Koeman officiating.

Burial is in Lakeside cemetery.
