Mrs. Shellenbarger Died Thursday
Mrs.Eleanor Maude Shellenbarger, 58, died at her home Thursday of last week 
after several months of illness. She was born in Iosco County April 17, 1889, 
and resided there until her marriage to David Shellenbarger at Ionia in June 
1910. They have resided in this community since then with the exception of a 
short time spent in Northern Michigan.

She was a member of Calvary U.B.Church, W.M.A. and Blue Star Mother's Club.

Surviving are the husband, David, two sons, Adrian and Rex, and a grandson, 
Jerry, Lake Odessa, three sisters, Mrs.Margaret Sloan at Pontiac, Mrs.J.D. 
Catahan at Jackson, and Mrs.Bertha Babcock at Mt.Morris, and a brother James 
Charters at Whittemore.

Funeral services were held at the Pickens Chapel Monday at 2 with burial in 
Lakeside cemetery. The Rev. Ronald A Hoffman officiating.
