Lake Odessa Wave, 14 Mar 1940

Miss Dessie A. Shellman, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Shellman, 
living northwest of town died Sunday at the home of her parents after a long 
period of ill health.

She would have been 28 years old May 29.  The funeral was held at the home 
Tuesday with the Rev. E. H. Humphrey officiating.  Burial was at Lakeside.

She leaves besides her parents two sisters Miss Della at home and Mrs. Dorothy 
Begerow who lived in Odessa township.
