Lake Odessa Wave - December 15, 1960
          CLARK P. SHERMAN, 64 DIED UNEXPECTEDLY
   Clark P. Sherman, 64, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Tupper Lake road,
Sunday night.  He had 
been a resident here for 17 years, coming from Muskegon and was employed by the Lake
Odessa Canning Co.
   He married Reeta Kincaid, on November 26, 1947.
   Mr. Sherman was a member of the Lake Odessa IOOF lodge.
   Surviving are his wife; three sons, Orvis G of Muskegon, Allen J. of Grandville
and Roger C. of Lake Odessa;  
11 grandchildren; one step daughter and three step sons; one sister Mrs. Roy Shields
of Youngstown, Ohio 
and two brothers Burt of Julietta, Idaho and Harry of Hanover, Pa.
   Funeral services were held on Wednesday at 1:30 at the Pickens funeral chapel
with burial in Lakeside 
cemetery.  Rev. Glenn McCarty of Saranac officiated.
