                            Patsy L.(McGuire) Shilton

Patsy L.(McGuire) Shilton, 75 of Lowell, died Friday evening, July 4, 2008 at 
Spectrum Health Butterworth Campus in Grand Rapids.

Patsy was born Nov. 28, 1932 in Mt.Pleasant the daughter of Edward and Theresa 
Mary Stephans McGuire. She loved to do oil painting, playing bingo and checkers, 
flowers and most of all her beloved children, grandchildren and great-
grandchildren. She was a special Mom and will be greatly missed.

Patsy is survived by her children, Kathleen Rogers of Clarksville, Chuck (Judy) 
Shilton of Wacousta, Richard(Mary) Shilton of Laingsburg, Christine(Eric) 
Scanson of Montague, Sharon (Kenneth) Curler of Fenwick, Barton (Christine) 
Shilton of Lowell, Bertha (David) Lankton of Charlotte, Robert (Dawn) Shilton of 
Grand Ledge, Bruce (Nikki) Shilton of Grand Rapids, and Sally (Jody) Mercer of 
Belding. Patsy is also survived by 27 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded by her parents, one sister, Margaret; four brothers, Robert, 
Donald, Edward and Walter and one son-in-law, Guy Rogers.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at the First Baptist Church, Belding 
with Pastor Bruce Burfield officiating. Interment will be in Sullivan Cemetery, 
near Evart. Visitation will be Monday from 6-8 pm at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral 
Home, Belding. Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer 
Society or the wishes of the family. Condolences may also be give to the family
