Lake Odessa Wave, 24 Apr 1980

Mrs. Thelma J. Shoemaker, 56, of 53 Monticello SW in Grand Rapids, died April 15.

Surviving are a son, John Shoemaker of Kentwood; her mother, Mrs. Genevee
Shoemaker; her brothers and sisters and brothers and sisters-in-law, Clyde and
Doreen Shoemaker, Rod and Jacquelyn Young, Marion and Phyllis Jackson, Robert
and Jane Shoemaker – all of Lake Odessa; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held on April 19 with the Rev. David Brower of the Bethel
Reformed Church officiating.  Interment was in Lakeside Cemetery in Lake Odessa.
