Lake Odessa  Wave - April 24, 1980
          THELMA J. SHOEMAKER
   GRAND RAPIDS - Mrs. Thelma J. Shoemaker, 56, of 53 Monticello SW in Grand Rapids,
died April 15.
   Surviving are a son, John Shoemaker of Kentwood; her mother, Mrs. Genevee
Shoemaker; her brothers and 
sisters and brothers and sisters-in-law, Clyde and Doreen Shoemaker, Rod and
Jacquelyn Young, Marion and 
Phyllis Jackson, Robert and Jane Shoemaker - all of Lake Odessa; several nieces and
nephew.
   Funeral services were held on April 19 the the Rev. David Brower of the Bethel
Reformed Church officiating.
   Interment was in Lakeside Cemetery in Lake Odessa.
