Ionia County News - Thursday, Nov. 30, 1939

Edward Showerman and family and Robert Showerman attended the funeral of their 
stepmother, Mrs. Laura Showerman, in Rose Chapel at Flint, Monday.

Mrs. Showerman died Thursday in Tucson, Arizona. She had been ill a number of 
years. The body was accompanied to Michigan by a niece, Miss Virginia Helblig, 
who was in the west with her aunt.

Deceased was 63 years old and had lived in Sebewa for about 20 years, going to 
Arizona last year.
