Ionia Sentinel-Standard - Wed. Jan. 9, 1974

Funeral services will be Thursday at 10 am at Stone-Kauffman funeral home for  
Maggie B. Showers, 90, who died Monday in Northport. She formerly lived at 473 
Wall Street, Ionia.

Rev. Charles Fullmer will officiate and committal services will follow.

She was born April 27, 1883 in Crawford County, Pa., daughter of Mr. and Mrs. 
Ezra Peterson. A son, Larry preceded her in death in 1962.

Survivors include four grandchildren, nine great grandchildren; two sisters, 
Mrs. Dorothy Stapelton of Traverse City, Mrs. Cora Ford of Centerline.
