Sentinel-Std. - Friday, Jan. 12, 1968

Funeral services for Elmer R. Showers, who died Monday were Thursday with Rev. 
Cheste Erickson officiating. Temporary entombment was in Balcom cemetery.

Bearers were Gerald Robinson, Russell McKellips, Wayne Smith and Carl Seabrook.

Women of the Moose and LOOM attended in a group. From out of town were Mrs. John 
Shell and family of Hale; Mr. and Mrs. Earl Blaisdell, Mr. and Mrs. Lyle 
Blaisdell, Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Blaisdell, Jr. and Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Blaisdell, 
Sr.,of Stanton; Mrs. Mary Blaisdell of Flint; Mrs. Mable Edwards of Augusta; 
Syend Petersen and Mrs. Anna Burgess of Greenville.
