ELTA SHUPP PASSES AWAY
Elta Shupp, 87, passed away Tuesday at the Osteopathic Hospital Grand Rapids, 
where he had been a patient three days.

He was born in Odessa township, the son of Thomas and Nancy (Brock) Shupp. A 
lifelong resident and retired farmer of the local area, he moved to the village 
from the farm five years ago.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 1:30 at the Pickens Funeral Chapel with 
burial in Lakeside Cemetery. Rev. Raymond Flessner will officiate.
