The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, June 22, 1981

Funeral services for Lloyd S. Shute, 79, of Glenn Road, Ionia, were held from 
Leddick Funeral Home, the Rev. Willis Braun officiating, at 11 a.m. Saturday.  
Organist was Josephine Barna.

Pallbearers were Kevin Shute, Russ Brown, Jim Trueblood, Leon Stout, Jack 
Detmers, and Jim King.  Burial was in Tuttle Cemetery.

Following graveside services, a luncheon was prepared and served by the women 
of LeValley United Methodist Church to friends and relatives in the church 
dining room.
