Sible, Berlin Farmer Was 58 Years of Age and Well-Known Berlin Township Resident; Suicide Follows Long Period of Illness. The many friends of William Sible, Berlin township farmer, were inexpressibly shocked and grieved Sunday morning to learn that Sunday morning Mr. Sible’s mind gave way under the severe strain of years of physical suffering, and caused him to shoot himself, the wound resulting in his death Sunday morning about 10 o’clock. Mr. Sible had been a sufferer of tuberculosis. Mr. Sible was 58 years of age at the time of his death and is survived by his widow and two children, Mrs. Lynn Townsend, of Orange, and Clayton Sible, of Flint. He is survived also by three brothers, Charles, of Berlin, Clarence, and Vernon of Marion, and four sisters, Mrs. Della Connor, of Lakeview, Mrs. Charles Moe, of Odessa, Mrs. Harvey Hart, of Big Rapids, and Mrs. A.J. Hansbarger, of Ionia. He also leads two grandchildren, Arlene Townsend and Ione Siebel, of Flint. The funeral will be held from the residence in Berlin township Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock.
