She was a widow of the late Charles A. Sidnam, former Grand Rapids police detective. She was born February 12, 1907 in Mulliken, to Frank and Mary (Stephens) Maloch. She attended Mulliken schools. She married Charles Allan Sidnam July 15, 1925, in Mulliken. They lived in Grand Rapids, and moved to Lake Odessa in 1969. She was a member of the Central United Methodist Church in Lake Odessa and the Eastern Star. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Perry (Norma) Stowell and Mrs. Ammon (Violet) Miller, both of Lake Odessa, Mrs. Robert (Allyn) Pingle, of Belvedere, Illinois; one son, Charles of L’Anse; two sisters, Mrs. Walter (Elsie) Wille, of Lake Odessa, and Mrs. Hazel Wilson, of Hastings; 12 grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and two step- great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. at the Central United Methodist Church in Lake Odessa, with Rev. Stephen Keller officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Grand Rapids. Mrs. Sidnam resides at the Pickens- Koops Funeral Chapel.
