Graveside services will be at the East Side cemetery at Hubbardston at around 3:00 o’clock p.m. Mrs. Simmet was born in Pewamo in 1883 and had lived most of her life in the Carson City area. She married Fred Blucher in 1903. He passed away in 1953. She later married Frank Simmet of North Shade on January 1, 1961. He preceded her in death. For the past three years she had lived with her daughter, Mrs. Earl (Helen) Householder in Harrison. Survivors include, besides her daughter, a son, Donald Blucher of Troy; three grandchildren; nine nieces and two nephews and a host of friends. She was a devoted member of the Carson City Congregational church, and had attended the Congregational church in Harrison since living there.
