Ionia Sentinel Standard, 27 Dec 2000

Shirley A. (Baldwin) Simmons, 47, of Ionia, passed away Friday, Dec. 22, 2000 at
her home.  She was born April 11, 1952 in Ionia, the daughter of Edwin M. and
Cora Bell (Harden) Baldwin. 
She is survived by her son, James (Jennifer) Parker of Saranac; daughter, Dawn
J. Parker and Bill Raison of Saranac; brothers, Wayne (Lois) Baldwin of Palo and
Robert Baldwin of Ionia; sister, Vera L. (Jerry) Parker of Saranac; and
grandchildren, Lindsey, Erica, Britany and Jamie.

Cremation has taken place.  There will be a memorial service 11 a.m. Saturday,
Dec. 30, 2000, at Lake Funeral Home in Ionia.  Visitation will be 7 p.m. to 8:30
p.m., Friday at the funeral home.  Anyone wishing may make memorial
contributions to family choice.
