Ionia Sentinel Standard, 19 Jan 1948

Prayer service was held at the Ellis funeral home in Belding Friday evening at 
5:00 for Jimmy R. Simmons, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald L. Simmons of 
Belding, who died at birth in the Belding hospital January 15.  The Rev. H.S. 
Ellis officiated and interment was in Smyrna cemetery.

Surviving besides the parents are the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lynn 
Simmons of Belding, and the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Richmond 
of Smyrna.
