Lake Odessa Wave-Thurs.June 13, 1957

ROY SIMMONS DIED
Word was received here of the death of Roy Simmons of Grand Rapids with a heart 
attack June 1. A former resident many years ago he was employed by Clyde 
Francis, as printer, when he owned the Lake Odessa Wave. After going to Grand 
Rapids he operated his own print shop for a number of years. His parents 
resided in the house on Jordan Lake Avenue where the Clyde Shoemaker Sr's now 
live. His wife Nellie formerly lived at Woodland.
