Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 3 Apr 1948

James Simon, nine months’ old son of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Simon of Lyons, died
Friday in the Osteopathic hospital in Grand Rapids where he had been a patient
for a few days.

Besides his parents he leaves one sister, Rosemary; three brothers, Davis,
Thomas and Michael, and his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Michael Simon, all of Lyons.

Services will be conducted from St. Joseph’s Catholic church in Pewamo Monday
morning at 9 o’clock with interment in Pewamo cemetery.
