Jan. 17, 2017 BETH MARIE SISSON 1947-2017 Beth Marie Sisson, 69, of Belding, passed away Thursday afternoon, January 12, 2017 at home under the loving care of her family and Hospice. Beth was born on Nov. 17, 1947 in Belding, the daughter of Albert and Fayadle (Jewell) Belanger. Beth was a life long Belding resident, and graduated from Belding High School with the Class of 1967. She was a past member of the Belding Assembly of God, enjoyed reading, and was enjoyed reading, and was an accomplished artist. She loved to bake making the best pies and enjoyed making special treats on the birthdays of her husband and daughters. Beth enjoyed the simple things of life, whether it was a ride in the car with her husband, a go laugh with her daughters or just being together as family. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She was married on Nov. 24, 1973 in Greenville to Carl Sisson. Beth is loved and survived by her husband carl and her children; Carmon (Scott) Ferman, Janice (Brian) Vandenberg all of Belding, Tabitha (Jeremy) Pennington of Fenwick, Carla Sisson of Belding, grandchildren; Christian (Stephanie) Ferman, Matthew (Mackenzie) Ferman, Rachael (Whitney) Pastrano, Sarah Vandenberg, Justin Pennington, Ethan Pennington, Olivia Pennington, Michael Pennington, Coleton Pennington, Ella Pennington, one great-granddaughter Lilly Ferman on the way, sister Janice Lindemier of Belding, Beth was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 16, 2017 at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home, Belding with Pastor Edwin Carpenter officiating. Private interment will be in Rest Haven Memory Gardens, Belding. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial may be given to the Alvah N. Belding Library.
