Ionia Daily Sentinel, 6 Aug 1968

Rev. Karl Croel of Lansing officiated at funeral services Monday in Ionia for 
Mitchell Robert Skelding, who died Saturday.  Interment was in Balcom 
cemetery.  Bearers were Gerald Stedman, Gary Brownell, Thomas Westbrook, 
Marshall MacFarlane, Joseph and James Jones.

Relatives attending from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Fed Skelding of 
Plainwell; Mr. and Mrs. Donald Skelding and family and Mr. and Mrs. Fredrick 
Skelding, Jr., and family of Kalamazoo; Marian Skelding of Chicago, Ill; Mrs. 
Howard Croel of Lyons; Mr. and Mrs. Donald Burger of Muir; Mr. and Mrs. Alex 
Vitick of Dearborn; Mr. and Mrs. Victor Croel and family of Grand Rapids; Mr. 
and Mrs. Tom Cavric of Flint; Rev. and Mrs. Karl Croel of Lansing and Mrs. 
Robert Lambert of College Park, Md.
