“Grandma” Skellenger Dies
Mrs. Martha Skellenger, widow of the late Sam Skellenger, died at the Soldiers; 
Home hospital on Thursday of last week following a general wearing out process 
natural to one of her age, which was in the neighborhood of 80 years. The 
remains were brought to the city for burial. The funeral will be held Thursday 
afternoon at two o’clock and burial will be in Smyrna cemetery. Obituary next 
week.
