                     GLENDORA (MALLISON) EDINGER SLATER

LAKE ODESSA-Glendora Edinger Slater, 94, of Route 2, Ainsworth Road Lake Odessa, 
died Dec. 31, at her home.

Born Dec. 27,, 1892, in Carlton Center. She was the daughter of Avery and Cora 
Rounds Mallison and attended Carlton Center School. She lived and farmed in the 
Lake Odessa area most of her life.

She was married to Fred Edinger March 17, 1909; he died July 4, 1926.

She was married to Roy Slater in1949; he died in 1971.

Surviving are two daughters, Genevieve Slater of Ionia and Evelyn Underwood of 
Lake Odessa; a son,Peter Edinger of Ionia; five grandchildren; 22 great-
grandchildren;17 great-grandchildren. Two daughters, Cora and Avery, preceded 
her in death.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. from the Koops Funeral Chapel in 
Lake Odessa.

Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery.

The family will be at the funeral home Friday from 2 to 3 p.m. and 7 to 8:30.
