Born 1961 in Greenville, Michigan. Survived by her daughter, Monica Allen, son-in-law, Paul Wagner, two grandchildren,Lily & Liam Wagner, two sisters,Patricia Klintworth & Nancy Hansen, two nieces, Tery O'Brien & BreAnna Jauregui & their families & five nephews, Richard Shields, Chad Vos, Tim Vos, Grady Hansen & Ross Hansen & their families. Preceded in death by her oldest sister, Sandra Shields, & her 2nd husband Clair Sloan. Kathleen started working at a young age at her family's drive-in movie theaters in Greenville & in Ionia, Other positions were bank-teller,retail associate, special education paraprofessional, activities director for Seniors, & dental office receptionist. See founded the KISS(Keep Infants Safely Seated)at the American Red Cross in Wausau,WI. Kathleen briefly lived in the Philippines, as a teenager, with the family of a beloved foreign exchange student. She enjoyed sinking in vocal ensembles as well as playing the piano in MI and WI & was an avid music consumer, through recordings & live performances. She enjoyed designing , planting & caring for her flower gardens in Grand Rapids, plus movies, reading, & people watching. She & husband traveled to Florida each winter prior to his death in 2017. Kathy lived at The Commons of Timber Hills, assisted Living community in InverGrove Heights,MN. Memorial gifts may go to Neighbors,Inc.-GAPP Services-or NAMI, Minn.
