ADELBERT SLOCUM, WOODLAND, BURIED THURSDAY

Adelbert Slocum, Woodland, died at his home Tuesday. He leaves the widow and one 
son, Shirley and three grandchildren, besides nieces and nephews and many 
friends. He was an early resident, being 70 years old. The funeral services were 
held Thursday afternoon at United Brethren church. Burial was made in the 
Woodland cemetery.
