Ionia Daily Standard, 3 Mar 1902

Michael Slowinski, aged 95 years, of Berlin township, died on Sunday.  Funeral 
service at the Church of SS. Peter & Paul, in Ionia, on Tuesday morning at 9:30.  
The old patriarch will be missed in the community where he so long lived and has 
helped so materially to make blossom.
