Mrs. Slowinski was born in Germany 77 years ago, and came to this country before her marriage. She and her husband settled on the farm which had been her home the most of her life in this country. Since the death of her husband 10 years ago, Leo Sialkosky, her nephew, has managed the farm. Surviving her are four children: Thomas, who lives near the old home; a daughter Anna, who is Sister Phelata of Dansville, Pa., and the two daughters, Thressa and Agnes, who lived with her. Mrs. Slowinski held membership in SS Peter and Paul church of Ionia, and from there the funeral services will be held Monday at 9 o’clock. The burial will be in Mt. Olivet beside her husband.
