                            Barbara Small

Barbara Small, 74, of Ionia, passed away June 1, 2010. She was born July 5, 
1935, the daughter of William and Gertrude Gemund. She graduated in 1955 from 
ionia High School.

She worked for Independent Bank in Ionia and Belding for 50 years.Barbara loved 
to crochet, knit and do puzzles.

She is survived y her sons, John (Jean) Small of Ionia and James Small of Ionia 
grandchildren Becky (Jose) Hernandez of Ionia; and Mildred (Donald) Proctor of 
Palo; four great grandchildren, Star, Sofia, Donald Jr, and Haley; and sister 
Karlene (Doug) Phillips of Ionia.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward J.Small; one brother, Dave; and 
one aunt, Margaret Burrows.

There will be no memorial services at this time.
