Services Held For Mrs. Ora A. Smalley
Mrs. Ora A. Smalley, 89, passed away unexpectedly early Saturday morning in 
route to Pennock Hospital. She was a native of Ashland County, Ohio, but had 
been a resident of the area for many years. She married E.C. Houghton in 1890 
and he passed away in 1932, later she married James Smalley who passed away 
about a year ago.

Mrs. Smalley was a member of the Calvary U.B.Church.

Surviving are a son Rev. Roy Houghton, a sister, Mrs.Nettie Curtis and a 
grandson Allen Houghton, all of Lake Odessa.

Funeral services were held Monday at 1:30 at the Pickens Funeral Chapel with 
burial in Lakeside cemetery. Rev. Vernon Beardsley and Rev. Dean VanderVeen 
officiated.
