Excerpts from Obituary:
ZAVA CECIL SMEJKAL
Muir  -  Zava Cecil Smejkal, 92 of Fenwick, passed away Saturday Dec. 2, 
2017.

She was born on March 22, 1925, in Clarksville, the daughter of John and 
Caroline (Henrich) Nemetz.

Zava married Edward L. Smejkal on July 3, 1943. He died May 27, 1997.

She was a member of St. John The Baptist Catholic church, Hubbardston.

Zave is survived by her 7 children, 12 grandchildren, 6 step-grandchildren, 8 
great-grandchildren, and 12 step-great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband, Edward, 5 sisters, 9 brothers and 
a great-grandson.

Mass of christian Burial was Dec. 6 at St John the Baptist Catholic Church , 
with father Tom Thompson Celebrant. Interment will be at Balcom Cem., Ionia.
