The Daily Sentinel-Standard, Monday, February 9, 1953
Prayer services for Frank Smejkal, 980 East Main Street, who died Wednesday, 
February 5, were held at Myers funeral home Saturday morning preceding a 
solemn high mass at SS Peter and Paul church at 9 a.m.  The Rev. Fr. John S. 
Fons officiated.

Bearers were Frank Ivan of Flint, John Ivan Jr., of Corunna, Anthony and Jerry 
Ivan of New Lathrop and Glenn Nemetz and George Supp of Ionia.  Interment was 
in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
