Ionia Sentinel, 16 Nov 1967

Mrs. Haidee Smith, 83, of 245 East Street, Portland died at Ionia County 
Memorial hospital Monday.

Surviving is a cousin, Mrs. George Halloway of Manhattan Beach, Calif.

Funeral services were Thursday at 2 p.m. at Neller funeral home in Portland 
with Rev. Raymond Norton of Portland Methodist church officiating.  Burial was 
in Summit cemetery, Williamston.  Bearers were John Shay, Russell Curtis, Elon 
Lakin and Robert Lockwood.
