The Portland Review, Tuesday, May 9, 1968

Milo Sylvanus Smith, route 3 Towner Road, passed away at his home May 6, 
1968.  Born in Danby Township December 15, 1882, he was 85 years old.  
Survived by a son, Carl W. Smith, same address, four grandchildren and 14 
great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Wednesday from the Neller Funeral home with Rev. 
Maurice Christenson officiating and burial was in the Danby Cemetery.  Pall 
bearers were Forest Peake, Wilbur Peake, Howard Smith, Robert Smith, Marvin 
Gensterblum and Richard…(illegible)…
