Joyce Ann Smith, 63, of Lowell, passed away Feb. 3, 2011. She was born Jan. 17, 
1948 the daughter of Mark and Lucille Fenlon.

Joyce is survived by her fiancé John Elzinga; sons Parish Smith and Terry 
Smith; daughter Becky Elzinga; brothers, Ron (Lavern) Fenlon and Tim (Patty) 
Fenlon; sister Carol (Edward) Neelis; grandchildren Marissa Baker, Parrish 
Smith II, Anna Smith and Jenna Smith; and great grandchildren, Emmah and Molly 
Baker.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Joyce will be fondly remembered by her family and many good friends. A memorial 
service will be held in June to celebrate her life.
