Portland Observer - Wed. Feb. 8, 1899

Earl Smith, 5 year old son of James F. Smith, who removed from Danby to near 
St. Johns two or three weeks since, died on Sunday and the remains brought here 
for burial. Funeral services will be conducted from the home of Ozam Smith on 
Wednesday at 10 o'clock.
