Ionia Sentinel-Standard - Tues. March 5, 2013

Wesley Harold Smith, 64, of Ionia, formerly of Portland and Trinidad passed 
away Feb. 26, 2013 in Ionia. He was born Nov. 11, 1948 in Albion, Mich., the 
son of Douglas A. and Margaret H. (Higbee) Smith. Wesley married Arlene Cooper 
Aug. 30, 1974 in Trinidad.

Wesley is survived by his loving wife of 38 years Arlene Smith of Trinidad; 
daughter, Mikka Stefanie (Scott) Smith-Wilson of Trinidad; grandchildren, 
Jasmine, Selena, Leah and Mila Rose; brother, Stephen D. (Martha) Smith of 
Portland and nephews, Stephen B. Smith and Matthew Smith.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 6, 1 p.m. at Lake Funeral Home 
in Ionia with Father Larry King officiating. Visitation will be held one hour 
prior to service at the funeral home. Interment North Eagle Cemetery.
