Sadness and deep sorrow came to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Smith last
Saturday when the death angel entered and took their bright little boy, E.
Miller Smith, aged three months and twenty days.  The funeral services was held
at the house Monday, Rev. B. V. Child officiating.  A white casket contained the
remains of the little child covered with beautiful flowers, the pedestals on
which it rested being draped with white lace.  The singing was by Mrs. Lamb and
Mrs. Ferguson.  The interment took place at Orleans Centre cemetery.  The
bereaved husband and wife have the sympathy of all in this hour of trial.
