Carson City Gazette, Fri., Oct. 4, 1912
Mrs. Filmore Smith passed away at her home in Palo Monday morning, aged 73 
years. She is survived by her aged husband. Funeral services were held at Palo 
M.E. church Wednesday, Rev. J.B. McGinnes officiating. Interment was in Palo 
cemetery.
