Lake Odessa Wave & Times - February 8 1934
MRS. GEORGE SMITH DIED THURSDAY MORN.
              -------------------
   Mrs. George Smith of Portland, mother of Mrs. Henry Geiger and Fred Smith of this
place, died suddenly 
Thursday morning of heart failure.  She was 83 years of age, but had been
comparatively well, even working 
as usual the day before.
   The funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at the Henry Geiger home and burial
will be in Lakeside cemetery.
   Besides the children here, there are five other children,  Wilbur and Erlo of
Portland Lewis of Detroit, and 
Clayton and Harry of New York state.
