Miss Hazel Smith Died Thursday

Miss Hazel Smith, 50, native of Woodland Died Thursday evening at her home in 
Lansing. She was the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Smith. She had 
lived in Woodland until the death of her father when she and her sister Agnes 
moved to Lansing.

Surviving are two sisters, Agnes and Mrs. Herbert Anderson in Lansing and five 
brothers, Jake at Vermontville, Carl at Potterville, Calvin in Sebewa and Orlo 
and Kenneth in Woodland.

Funeral services were held from the Wing funeral home Saturday afternoon with 
the Rev. Harley V. Townsend officiating. Burial was in Woodland Memorial Park.
