Lake Odessa Wave-Thursday  August 31, 1950

Mrs. Chester Smith taken by Death
Mrs. Chester Smith, 69, former resident, assed away Sunday at the home of her 
son-in-law and daughter, Mr and Mrs. Clifton Weilman at 515 N. Hanover, 
Hastings, where she had resided for the past four years.

She was born in Berlin Twp., Ionia County, October 5, 1880, daughter of Lewis 
and Mary Henderleider Lambert.

Surviving besides the daughter is a son Vern, a brother Ralph Lambert and two 
grandchildren, all of Lake Odessa.

Mrs. Smith was removed to the Pickens Chapel where funeral services were held 
Tuesday at 2 PM with burial in Lakeside cemetery.
