                              BEATRICE A.SMITH

PORTLAND - Beatrice A.Smith, 66, of 416 Canal Street, Portland died August 26 at 
St.Lawrence Hospital.

She was born December 26, 1919, in Westphalia, the daughter of Albert and 
Tressie Gas Stabell.

She is survived by one son, Richard A. Smith of Portland; one daughter, Joyce 
Lyon of Portland; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Her husband, John and one son,Raymond, preceded her in death.

Rosary services will be held Friday at 7 p.m. from the Neller Funeral Home of 
Portland mass will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at St.Patrick's Church, Portland, 
the Rev.Thomas Bufford officiating.

Pallbearers will be John, Frederick and Richard II Smith, Nick Fisher, Harold 
Tepin and Robert Lyon.

Burial will be in Portland Cemetery.
