                            GRACE K. SMITH

Grace K.Smith, age 82, of 10386 Baker Road, R-2 Greenville , died October 22 at 
United Memorial Hospital, Greenville.

She was born in Ames,Iowa, August 12,1883 and had lived in the Ashley ares for 
45 years.

Mrs.Smith was a member of Ashley Baptist Church and the Montcalm Grange. Her 
first husband Roy Clifford died in 1956 and her second husband, Thomas Smith, 
died in 1962.

Surviving Mrs.Smith are one sister and one brother, Mrs.Claude Hoover, 
Greenville and Fred Harrison, R-2 Greenville. She had recently made her home 
with her brother.

Services for Mrs.Smith were held Tuesday afternoon at Huffman Funeral Home with 
the Rev.Elmer Katterjohn, pastor of Greenville Baptist Church officiating. 
Burial was in Ashley Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Earl Harrison, Jack Harrison, Lyle Harrison, Kenneth Harrison, 
Charles Harrison and Lawrence Hoover.
