                               FRANK C. SMITH

Frank C.Smith, 90, long time resident of the Belding area, died Tuesday at 
United Memorial Hospital, Greenville following a short illness.

A self-employed carpenter,Mr.Smith resided at 1242 Oakwood Street. He was a life 
member of Belding Lodge 355 F& AM and a member of the Maccabees.

Surviving are two sons Myron R.Smith of Sarasota,Florida and Myrl F.Smith of 
Albuquerque,New Mexico.

Funeral arrangements are being handled by Huffman Funeral Home and are pending 
the arrival of Mr.Smith's sons.
