    BEATRICE ELAINE SMITH

Died June 14, 2025-age 91 of Ionia.
Born February 8,1934 daughter of Frank & Ruth (Button) Dewispelare in 
Syracuse,New York.
Beatrice loved to compete with family & friends on card games & Bingo.
She labored as a committed Factory line worker day in & day out.
She married a U.S. Veteran,Frank L. Smith on March 28th, 1951. 
Survived by daughter, Brenda Shoen, Grandchildren,Kim Craft,Timothy Shoen, 
Amanda Jimenez, Sarah Meyers, Rose Smith, Brothers, Richard & Kenneth 
Dewispelare of New York.
Great-grandchildren,Malachi, Beto, Carlos, Rosa, Kayley, Mason & Hannah & 
special friend & bingo buddy, Ed Arbor.
Preceded in death by parents Frank & Ruth, sons, Dave & Richard, sister, Helen & 
loving husband,Frank.
Services will be held at Lake Funeral Home, Ionia on Monday,June 23rd at 1:00 
with visitation from 11- 1:00pm.
Luncheon to follow at Ionia Moose Lodge at 869 E.Lincoln Ave, Ionia, with Mr.
Mark Hall officiating.
