Ionia Daily Sentinel – Tuesday, 27 December 1910
The death of Orson T. Snell, a prominent Easton resident occurred Saturday 
evening, December 24, at his farm home, typhoid fever being the cause.  He as 
a brother of Watson Snell of this city, and leaves a widow and three children, 
Milo, a son, Edna, a daughter, and one other daughter.  He was 54 years of age 
and is a prominent member of the community.  He has acted as treasurer of the 
county fair association since it was reorganized.  The funeral was held this 
afternoon at one o’clock from the farm home burial in Easton cemetery.  Rev. 
D. C. Ostroth of the Evangelical church officiated.
