                                Helen M.Snell

Helen M.Snell, 83, of Portland, loving mother and grandmother, passed away on 
Saturday,June 26, 2010.

She was born on Jan.4, 1927, in Charlotte, the daughter of Louis and Eleanor 
(Huhn) Fedewa. She was a member of St.Patrick Catholic Church and for many years 
was a member of the Altar Society.She was also a member of the Portland VFW Post 
#4090 Ladies Auxiliary.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles in 1998; brothers, 
Elmer,Donald, Herbert,Henry, Richard and Robert Fedewa; and sister, Aileen 
Bednarz.

Surviving are her children, David Snell of St.Cloud,Fla., and Pamela (Don Jr.) 
Ockert of Eagle; six grandchildren; great grandchildren; several nieces and 
nephews.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m.Wednesday,June 30, 
2010, at St.Patrick Catholic Church with Rev. Larry King, presiding. Rite of 
Committal will follow at Portland Cemetery.

The will receive friends at the Schrauben-Lehman Funeral Homes.210 E.Bridge 
St.,Portland. from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 t 9 p.m. Tuesday. A rosary will be prayed 
at 3 p.m. Tuesday, with a Scriptual Wake Service being held at 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Lansing, 4052 Legacy Parkway, Suite 200, Lansing,MI 48911 in memory of Mrs.Helen 
M.Snell.
